I wanted to give you some feedback about the kitchen reno.
I found the process incredibley stressful in terms of the preparation and then reshelving
that I had to do, and living in limbo for those weeks.
However, in terms of your organisation of the job, your planning was reliable and predictable.
Your team were professional, courteous and punctual. I was very impressed that they were concerned with cleaning up after themselves!
The plumbers were also prompt and very friendly
The electrician was a wonderful tradesman and very patient with all my questions – he turned up exactly on time when he said he would, which was appreciated.
The stone guys were also very lovely and professional.
Your handiwork is amazing – the cupboard is so level that I can put an egg on it and it doesn’t roll! The old cupboard would have had it smashed on the floor before I would realise it was on the move.
Your attention to detail is very much appreciated and you made the whole process run really smoothly.
I felt very confident in all your advice.
Many thanks and I hope that all the people who’ve seen my new kitchen and said they’d ring you, do, so that your business continues to grow!

From the very first visit to Jupiter Kitchens showroom to the final installation of our kitchen, butler’s pantry, bathrooms, laundry, robes and other joinery we cannot fault Peter and his team. The whole process from initial consultation, various design discussions and alterations, stone and colour changes to installation was professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The installation was executed with patience and care and after each day's work was completed the rooms were left clean and tidy (thanks Justin).
Everything looks and works beautifully and we absolutely love all the work Jupiter Kitchens has done in our new home. The whole experience was painless and brilliantly carried out. Congratulations and thanks go to your tradesmen. They were thorough and worked in a timely manner to get everything completed. A special mention goes to Justin who was a most capable young man and he cleaned up after himself!
I particularly appreciated how quick and easy it was to put everything back again and that the kitchen functions so well. I actually have more space within the cupboards and drawers than I had before and I have empty shelves.
Thank you also goes to Fiona who so capably put our designs together and came up with easy to follow working drawings. She was always available and I appreciated her sense of humor. Nothing ever seemed to be too much of an effort for any of your office staff.
